Here is a single blister pack from Prostars Series 31 Terrific Transfers.

Corinthian designed an all new backing card for this release.

The blister pack produced in the highest volume was Shunsuke Nakamura who had 11,829 blisters produced, which is near 20% of the total blister prouction for this series. Adding Nakata's 6,948 and Park's 8,864 blisters to those of Nakamura and you have about 50% of the total blisters produced accounted for by just these 3 figures.

The figure produced in the lowest volume was Arsenal's Alexander Hleb, who had just 2,637 blisters produced.

In total Corinthian produced 61,752 blisters for this series, which was much more than produced for series 30, however had Park, Nakata and Nakamura not all featuered i feel the volume total would have been much lower.

This series contained no redemption figure tokens, instead the redemption figures were made available to purchase in sachet format at £5.00 each, or free if you purchased a case assortment.

Here is a Platinum pack from Prostars Series 31 Terrific Transfers.

These packs featured the now established backing card design as first seen in Prostars series 15, with the figures themselves also having the bases painted Silver, to further enhance the collectability of these very limited packs.

Platinum packs are seen as Corinthian's premier collectors product and were not available for direct sale. The only way to get these Platinum packs was buy spending a certain amount with Corinthian on thier products.

The Platinum packs also featured individually numbered collector cards, which meant each blister was unique, with no more than 360 produced of each Platinum pack.

Platinum packs are verh heavily collected in Japan, so it is of course the likes of Park Ji Sung, Hidetoshi Nakata and Shunsuke Nakamura which are the most sought after and more valuable. Edgar Davids is always a popular figure the world over, so his Platinum is also in high demand. The figures are all hand painted so from time to time errors do occur, one such error was that the odd Platinum pack of Edgar Davids was made without him wearing his glasses! I have only seen 2 such Platinum packs, so if any collector out there has one, please get in touch.
