July of 1997 saw the release of 8 figures from top french side 'Paris Saint Germain' this was twice as many as any of the other teams included in this range.

 The figures were released as part of the 'HEADLINERS' range under the banner of 'Super Champions 1ere Division' and featured players from the top league in france- 'Le Championnat'

 All 8 figures were available in single blister format and a 4 player pack was also released which included:
Rai,Kenedy,Leonardo and Cauet

 Most of the 'PSG' figures were repaints of the French national figures but the set also included the first ever sculpt of brazil wonder kid 'Leonardo' and his fellow countryman 'Rai.' Those 2 are perhaps the most sought after of the set due to the popularity of the players around the world.

 As with most of the figures from this range you can pick these up for very little cost,roughly around £2-3 each with the 'PSG' 4 player pack setting you back about £20, if found in good condition.
