Nottingham Forest had 12 figures released in the 1996/97 kit, all of which went to form the 12 player pack.

 3 of these figures were previously released in the 95/96 kit and this time Stuart 'psycho' Pearce was released. The other 8 had never been released before nor have been since!

 This set featured Mark Crossley again but this time painted in a vary bright orange, yellow and black kit, the figures of Stone and Roy were the same sculpt just repainted into the new kit. The Pearce figure is the same as the one released in the England national Headliners range.

 The set also featured one of the rarest FAPL figures ever made, Andrea Silenzi. Silenzi was not produced in great volume and your best bet of acquiring one was by buying the 12 player pack. Value wise you can expect to pay in excess of £25 for a Silenzi.

 Continuing with the eccentric hair styles we move onto Scott Gemmill, what a perm he had too. The figures of Ian Woan and Bart-Williams were also both 1st time sculpts but are the more readily available of these Forest figures and can be added to your collection for around £3 each.

 The figures of Cooper, Chettle and Philips are not far behind Silenzi in the rarity stakes and have proven to be very elusive, possibly due to their lack of popularity amongst collectors and the low production volumes. All of these can cost you around the £10 mark, perhaps more dependant on their condition.

 Kevin Campbell completes the set and is my personal favourite of all the Nottingham Forest figures. the reason being it is a really fine sculpt with lots of detail and character, not to mention the goatee which even had a 'rough' feel to it. A great figure and well worth spending £20 to add him to your collection.

 To summarise the Nottingham Forest figures are a really great set with many 1st time sculpts, most of which were never released again. Certainly worth adding to your collection if you have not already done so.
